Afeen Masuf ("Services", "apps", "games", "we", "us", "our", or "ours") collects information from you to provide better services and an improved user experience. Your privacy is our top priority, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Location Data

Some of our apps may request your location data for functional purposes. We may use various technologies to determine location, such as GPS, Wi-Fi, or other network-based data like your IP address. Your GPS geo-location is not accessed without your consent. We do NOT try to store, save, or gather your location data, and therefore, we do NOT provide your location data to advertising networks or third parties.

Children's Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Camera

We may access your device's camera to enable you to take photos for creating photo frames. We do not access your personal photos or videos stored on your device.

Photos, Media, Files

We cannot access any personal pictures, videos, or files for our own use. Users can only access their selected pictures for making a photo frame or video. We do not collect those photos, videos, or any other files.

BIND ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE Permission

We use Accessibility services (BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE) in our apps solely to receive notifications from other installed applications (only those apps that have been configured and allowed within our applications). We do not use this permission for any other purpose.

READ_PHONE_STATE Permission

Our apps use this permission only to receive notifications from other installed apps.

Personal Data

Personal data refers to personally identifiable information that specifically identifies you as an individual (e.g., your name, email address). We never collect and/or store Personal data.

Face Swap Functionality

  1. Information We Collect for Face Swap
    Our app collects and processes the following types of face data to provide face swap functionality:

    • Facial key points: Specific markers on the face, such as eyes, nose, and mouth, detected for precise face-swapping.

    • Additional facial data: Includes head position, facial zones, and image depth mapping for improved results.

  2. Purpose of Face Data Collection
    The face data collected is used solely for:

    • Detecting faces in the user's provided photos.

    • Identifying and mapping facial key points to apply effects.

    • Generating and enhancing face-swap results on different templates as per user requests.

  3. Data Sharing and Storage

    • Sharing: We do not share face data with any third parties.

    • Storage: Face data is processed temporarily on secure servers and automatically deleted within one hour after processing is complete.

  4. Data Protection
    We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt the transmission of face data and other sensitive information, ensuring privacy and security. Data is stored securely, with access restricted to authorized personnel only.

  5. User Consent
    By granting access to your device’s Gallery, you consent to the collection and processing of face data as described. Users can revoke this consent at any time by deleting the app or clearing the app data.

  • Google Drive Access: Performed directly between the user's device and Google Drive. We do not store or retain any files or metadata.

  • Google Calendar Access: Event synchronization is handled in real-time, with no data stored on our servers.
